The Beginning of Robuck Homes
The story of how Robuck Homes began and has evolved to where it is today is one based on faith, dedication to helping people, and a belief in doing things right the first time.

The Meaning Behind The Robuck Way
From the beginning, Robuck Homes has followed their golden rule and philosophy of doing what is right and treating everyone like you like to be treated, also known as The Robuck Way.
Since inception, Robuck Homes has always done the right thing, whether that meant starting a project over or always treating employees, vendors, and customers with dignity and respect.
Listen in as employees of Robuck Homes share their personal ideas about The Robuck Way and how they are firm believers of, “If it’s not right, then you make it right”.
The Robuck Split: An Iconic Floor Plan
Robuck Homes is known for timeless architecture, diverse streetscapes, and floorplans that are designed for comfortable and accessible living. The Robuck Split is one such floorplan, which has proved to be so popular other builders have copied it.
With a den located three steps below the breakfast area and an entrance into the main living area, the Robuck Split was a welcomed departure from traditional Split-Level floorplans. It was also one of the first floor plans to embrace a more open-concept approach to living areas.
The Robuck Split has been an enduringly popular home layout and can still be found today in several notable neighborhoods in Raleigh, NC, such as Quail Hollow, North Ridge, and North Hills.
Robuck Homes Gives Back to the Community
Robuck Homes has a long tradition of participating in community improvement efforts and programs, notably Habitat for Humanity.
Never stepping away from a challenge, Robuck Homes built the first Habitat Humanity house constructed in a week, a contest sponsored by WRAL and Habitat. Add to that impressive accomplishment, they finished the project early each day and was done one day early.
Robuck Homes continues to participate in philanthropic and faith-based volunteer events to the present day.
Where Robuck Homes Is Today
Robuck Homes has been building beautiful and timeless homes in the Triangle for almost 100 years. Today you can also find them building in the coastal areas of North Carolina.
By employing dedicated people they support at every turn, Robuck Homes encourages a level of commitment from their employees and their vendors by giving that same level back, day after day, year after year.
